he Taoist Water Method Workshop provides a profound insight into the benefits of sitting, standing and moving meditation. The emphasis in this training is to establish the fundamental elements of specific movement and soft breath control for the purposes of developing increased concentration, good health and longevity. The programme is designed to build gently and incrementally the necessary skills to achieve deep peace & release and ultimately profound awareness of the higher self and the cosmic order.
This one day intensive workshop is suitable for both beginners and more advanced students, and will focus upon standing meditation, locating and dissolving energetic and structural blockages, practical internal work and movement (nei
gung), cloud hands and Taoist breathing.
During this workshop, Ram will be drawing from a wide range of practices and disciplines to provide participants with practical and accessible forms that can be integrated into our busy everyday lives.
If practiced regularly, these simple yet powerful techniques will enable the practioner to work towards a state of inner harmony, vitality, stillness and increased personal power, in which the energies of the body and emotions become stable. These methods form the foundation for regaining our enlightenment as well as providing proven health benefits, especially for the release of stress and deep karmic or emotional trauma in a gentle way.
