The Marriage of Heaven & Earth
The Marriage of Heaven and Earth is a Taoist Water method chi gung (qi gong) set providing a continuous soft moving exercise that reflects and gives access to the living process of being. With differing emphasis on a cascade of scaling internal components, the movement has a profound healing effect. It increases chi flow enormously and allows the practitioner access to that which is: a human form between heaven and earth.
Most people are taken by the form of the movement, its grace, humility and evident connection. Once the relatively straightforward external components have been learnt, the meditation on the internal components becomes a changing focus of the exercise until all the components fall away and the marriage of heaven and earth is directly perceived.
